History

The mansion of Haki Spahiu The mansion GF+1 is part of Spahiu family complex, where besides the mansion, part of the residential complex were also some objects that are on the ground floor. The building was built in the midst of the XIX century, it belongs to the house type with carrel. The only original entrance to the house leads to the ground floor hallway. Right after the entrance, on the right side there are one–sided stairs that lead to the floor. On both sides of the hall, there are two each symmetrical surroundings against the axis toward the entrance. In the edge of the central part of the floor, there is a rectangular, angled carrel built. All of four surroundings, two by two on the side match with the ground floor divisions. In front of the hall there is the sanitary joint. The building is carried out in a mass system in stone base with earth-bricks, plastered with white lime. Corners of the house are processed with stucco in the form of stones with rustic treatment. The house is characterized with a horizontal layout with rectangular windows made of wood, and numerous openings in the front facade. The mansion has undergone changes in 1979, where an entrance and an annex were added to the ground floor. The mansion is udes for residential purposes, and is in poor condition.
