History

Based on the ruins and fundaments found at the location, it could be concluded that the site is a cult facility from the Early Christian period, from the 5th-7th centuries A.D. Walls, respectively fundament found comprises half-processed stones, connected with good quality plaster. Preliminary measurements result relative and the facility area is 16meters east to west and 12meters north to south. Stones are of different proportions, and range between 25x40cm, 20x50cm, 30x65cm, etc. The area in which the site is located is a groove, with extremely dense vegetation, which hindered the recording process. Although it can't be claimed with certainty, based on the terrain configuration and facility layout, it is thought that the contour of an apse 3.7 meters in diameter can be partially recognized.
