In the village Cernice, about 8 km south-west of Gjilan, the Chamber of Mullah Vehbi is located, now owned by his grandson Fevzi Hoxha (1932). According to Fevzi, chamber was built in 1928 by his grandfather, Mullah Vehbi Hoxha. The masters of its construction have been the boys of Hysen Hoxha. The Chamber has a rectangular plan and it is built on the ground floor and floor. For some time the ground floor was used as mejtep (village school). While on the first floor the chamber is located. The Chamber represents the area where the family or village men gather for various social, family, and political discussions, and as guest room. The entrance to the chamber is made of wood stairs that are located on the ground floor, in the eastern part. Before the entry, there is a half opened vestibule. The chamber area is about 50 m2. In the interior, the original elements have been preserved, yklyk – which was used for setting mattresses and quilts, two buffets placed on both sides of the beginning of chamber close to the entry. The Chamber has been surrounded with minders, which are destroyed by time, there are also two lockers where their coffee tableware were held: sugar, coffee, tobacco, etc. Two small windows face to the east, while the largest one faces to the south. The material for the construction of the facility is mainly stone, worked and tied with mud mortar and wood beams. Mid-floor structure is made from wood, by the beams set in two directions. The pillars on the ground floor are also by capital of decorating wood in geometric form. The building is covered by a four sided roof, covered with clay tiles. Facade is linear plastered with mud mortar. Vestibule located on the east side creates a dynamic light-shadow. In the courtyard of the chamber there are also other objects, house, barn and basket, which together form a complex of residential architecture in rural areas.
